Pepper Foam, Pepper Spray, and Pepper Gel are all designed for personal defense. But, they are different consistencies. 

Pepper Foam is a foam-like texture, that creates a sticky barrier upon contact with a person. It's harder to get off.

Pepper Spray is a liquid texture, that sprays in a wide stream pattern. This helps make sure you don't miss an assailant, even when aiming is hard. 

Pepper Gel has a thicker liquid texture, which helps with accuracy and reduces blowback in windy conditions.
